We have a court date! On November 2, the Ethiopian courts will decide if Bear will be legally ours.
I received an email from Immigration this afternoon. They have processed our I-600A and the I-171H is in the mail. Thank you for praying!
Please pray for the families still waiting to receive court dates. And please pray for the Derloshon family. Their little guy (5 weeks old!) was admitted to the hospital for pnuemonia. Thankfully the two baby girls who were sick last week have returned to Hannah's Hope. We are praying Baby Derloshon's stay will be just as short. So hard to be so far away.
YAY! That is LESS than 2 weeks away!!! So excited for you, following your story as we wait...and excited to see this baby come home!!! Praying for a passed court date in just a week and a half!!!

ReplyDeleteI'll keep praying for the little ones who are sick. My baby over there currently has a bad cold, and I'm praying she gets well quickly, etc.

I hear you about the whole waiting for a response from government agencies, glad the I71-H showed up. Are you traveling to Ethiopia, or having Bear escorted?
